Full interview with 63kg powerlifter Julia Williams! Julia is a strong powerlifter that’s been competing since 2017. She tried almost all of the strength sports before sticking with powerlifting. Now she’s found her home in the 63kg weight class where she’ll be competing at Powerlifting America Nationals February 25, 2023. Heather is the 47kg queen, she very likely would have won 4 world championships if it weren’t for world events preventing her from making it to worlds in 2020 and 2021.
